If it waits for second place to respond and doesnt proceed until it connects successfully, then if you are not second place, then it wold likely timeout and youll be sent back to liset and the game would try to reconcile your loot (which could fail if you arent connected). Its possible that the server decides a host heirarchy at the beginning of the match and the clients go down that list trying to connect, but if you arent in second place on that list, predicting what would happen if the second place host doesnt respond would be difficult. If this was a client-based decision, then the other 2 clients could potentially decide on a different new host. This will accomplish the same thing.Ģ I dont think client decides a new host for you. What you want is your Warframe client to think the other people disconnected but then reuse the same connection that you had before to be able to extract normally.ĮDIT: If you are worried about cutting network connections of other programs you can also freeze the Warframe process for about 5 seconds. Note that this is NOT the same as restarting your router and/or making your router reconnect. edit: As some pointed out, if you are on WiFi, disabling and re-enabling WiFi should do the same thing. I just figured doing this from Control Panel would be more convenient. This also works the same with just pulling your network cable and re-plugging it.

Warframe should now think the other players disconnected and let you leave.

Right click your network connection again and click activate.

You will get some kind of network error warning in chat.

Wait until Warframe notices that there are connection issues, then wait a couple more seconds after that.

Right click whatever network connection you are using and click deactivate.
